New Horizons was founded by Mark Riddix III in 2006. Mark graduated from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance. He holds a Series 65 license and is a registered investment adviser in the state of Maryland. Mark has spoken at different conferences and seminars about economic empowerment and financial literacy. He has years of experience in the investment advisory industry and has had his investment writings published in the following national publications:
